Marc Gauld says that his friend has been talking exceedingly much about the Earth being flat and Marc is getting annoyed by him so much that he has made a decision to send a flat-earther advocate to finally finish the debate by proving that Earth and all our other planets are indeed flat and there should not be any further discussions or theories to prove it wrong. The flat Earth theory states that the earth is rather flat or disk-like and not round. While there are many who do not believe that there are many other who believe the theory of flat-earth.

The statements by Marc might come off as a joke to many but Marc remains serious over his plans. He has said that his friends’ theories about the Earth being flat makes him go crazy and calls it a ‘total nonsense’. His friends have fake called him with the help of some actors to prove Marc otherwise. He said that he has had enough and will go on extreme lengths for once and for all and send a high ranking flat-earther into space and end this debate.

As far fetched as it may seem the plan by Marc is very much possible. Until a few years ago the plan might not have worked but as the time has advanced and new technologies are introduced to the world one can go to space. Earlier even one had to invest a lot and go through the astronaut training but now commercial space flights are taking off and the idea and Marc’s plan might just work. Additionally there also have been many rockets taking off recently to prove many theories.

Private companies like SpaceX and Virgin Galactic have many projects to send paying passengers to the International Space Station and more. These projects are planning to take off in just a few years and many flights have been known to be already booked. In case of Marc he says that he is a huge space and sci-fi fanatic and has found these theories about flat-earth offending and disrespectful. He then looked for an international private flight on Virgin Galactic and found one costing him £250000 and is raising it now.

He said that he will collect and raise the money and will send a flat-earther to space and prove and end the debate. Marc knows that this is an extreme way to win an argument but says that this might also be an only way. He has been getting many comments from flat-earthers on social media about the same but says if the earth really is flat they should all be donating to him to prove their theories as well. Marc Gauld has set up a fund page to raise the money and has been encouraging people to do the same.

As far has Marc has gone we all wish for this argument to end soon and give us a definite answer.
