Movies July, 10, 2025

Corona virus outbreak has brought the world together to stand against it. Helping hands have come ahead to flatten the agony-curve of the virus outbreak. Genius minds are huddling together to dig out a remedy while medical servants are trying to lower down the agonies of the victims. However, these helping sprees are not free from odds. The medical soldiers are grappling with the need for the protective gears.

The scarcity of medical equipment is giving a setback to the efforts put down by the medical soldiers. Out of these pieces of equipment, the protective medical gear tops the chart. Doctors and other medical staff are braving the torrents but finding it difficult to treat their patients without medical protective gears.

Taking note of the prevailing medical scenarios, many medical TV-shows have jumped in to add to the efforts of the medical army around the globe.

“The Resident on Fox” has added to the supplies by donating masks and gowns to a hospital in Atlanta. The words of scarcity reached the ears of the TV show people when a doctor discussed the situation with them. Grabbing the situation, they braced up for it by putting up donation packages.

Sharing his joy, the doctor said, “Yesterday, I had a serious discussion with the residents about how, though supplies are low, a magical shipment of masks is unlikely to arrive. And yet, a magical shipment of masks DID arrive, in the form of this very generous gesture. This kind of community support means so much to our #frontlineproviders who are making many sacrifices to staff our hospitals and care for our community”.

Well, “The Resident on Fox” is not alone in the list of the helpers. Another show named “Grey’s Anatomy” has also come up with medical donations of gowns, gloves, etc. to a hospital in California. The producer of the show named Krista Vernoff said, “At Grey’s Anatomy, we have a backstock of gowns and gloves which we are donating as well. We are all overwhelmed with gratitude for our healthcare workers during this incredibly difficult time, and in addition to these donations, we are doing our part to help them by staying home”.

Seeing the helping spree of the medical TV shows around, The Good Doctor, Chicago Med, has also put the plan of donation of medical stocks to a hospital.

Taking the things higher, a TV drama named “Station 19” has put up a donation of N95 masks to a fire station. Other shows are also looking at the donation trend.

It is thus time for human hearts to connect with their noble acts.
