Periodic Table Shows How We Interact With Different Elements In Everyday Life
Most of us have been through that struggle of trying to cram periodic table back in our schooldays. For those who don’t know what a periodic table is, it’s a chart that has all elements on it and they are arranged according to their increasing atomic number. And it is called a periodic table because the rows are called periods, it has been maintained by (IUPAC) which is the International Union of Pure Applied Chemistry. Elements that exhibit similar properties are arranged in the same row & columns.
A periodic table assists us to understand chemistry in a better way and it also amplifies our knowledge of science too. We should have been taught this way before but it’s better late than never. This new version of the periodic table would enable us to be versed with all those things that we have missed out on while we were learning it, for instance, it would tell us that Boron is used in making sports equipment and Sulphur is found in eggs. Poison has arsenic in it and our toothpaste has got Fluorine in them.

We cannot deny that science is all around us, though we could choose to stay oblivious towards it or we could accept and try to be more aware of it. Usually, to study periodic table we need to know about the atomic number, chemical number and radioactivity of elements owing to all these reasons it becomes really tedious for children to learn and practically execute whatever they had comprehended so far. So, this new way of learning would redeem children from the onus of so-called ‘knowledge’, they would get to read and know more about elements in a super easy and intriguing way.
It is not only beneficial for children but adults as well, as periodic table is considered to be one of the most useful scientific tools. Adults could enhance their knowledge and they can help their kids too, because learn and emulate their parents only. It is totally acceptable if people don’t hold any information about the periodic table, chemistry and science for that matter. But there is no harm in learning something new and that’s too when it is presented in a simplified manner. Well, life is all about learning new things and we should always try and keep that curiosity alive.
