Study Revealed Video Gaming Can Have Computable Progress On Brain Functions

Adults and teens cannot forget how their parents told them crafty tricks to seek and get them to do things their way about how harmful video games were. The study recorded a baseline of the participant’s cognitive skills where the first group lagged behind the other.

Following this both groups were given the fun filled activity of playing Super Mario 64 for 1.5 hours a day every day for ten days. Cognitive skills were then measured again following the period and then another 15 days later with no more access to video games in the meantime. As predicted the results showed that those who had not gamed as kids scored lower on the first cognitive tests.

Following the period of playing Super Mario 64 however the other group soon caught up and had similar scores to the group who played video games when they were kids. Some questions were still brimming and there was data that had to be assessed as this was not the aim of the study. However kids and parents can be easy on themselves and know for sure that video games definitely do not rot the brain.
