But the 26-year-old’s enthusiasm shattered into gloominess when he attempted to use the costly piece of kit. He stated that it kept on crashing and appeared to be completely ‘dead’. Talking about his saddening purchase Dane said that when he complained about this issue Smyth Toys told him that he would have to contact the Microsoft about the problem. Unfortunately the tech giants haven’t got in touch with him yet.

He ordered the Xbox Series X in advance and collected it from the Smyths at 7am first thing in the morning. To his surprise when he got home that thing didn’t work properly. He spent an entire day trying to figure it out but couldn’t succeed. It crashed all the time and showed green dots everywhere. He didn’t get any help so he was stuck with this dead console.

He was very upset as he waited for months to get a hand over it. He had no other options but to wait for another few months as it was sold out everywhere. All his friend’s Xbox Series X consoles were working but he saw on Twitter that there was a guy who was facing the exact same problem that he is facing. It was kind of a relief for him as he was not the only one.

Delayed but a representative for Microsoft gave out a statement that their customer service team got in touch with Mr. Weymes and were making arrangements to replace the defective piece. According to the makers of the game the Xbox X Series is supposed to offer gamers ‘a new level of fidelity immediacy precision and accuracy never before seen in console gaming’. This new invention was giving a tough competition to even their own games.

They also made sure that the ones who couldn’t afford this masterpiece can opt for the Series S- the smallest Xbox ever. This costed £249.99 and was still able to maintain the excitement level of the players. The smooth device is totally digital which means that the gamers won’t need to make space to store all their discs. All the saves and backups are stored in the cloud.

This was not it. The Series S also provides the gamers with an advantage to pre-order and pre-install games set for release meaning you will be always ahead of others.
